Four Seasons is an excellent cleaning company. I've had other companies that have cleaned my home and no other company compares. Everything was spot on. I closely checked every room, as the cleaning team recommended I do as they take pride in their hard work...and every room was perfectly cleaned.

First, they upsold me without letting me know beforehand. We had agreed in writing to host two ladies for two hours. Three ladies showed up, followed by a phone call explaining they would discount her by half an hour. At first I declined the offer but later relented and said that she could vacuum the living room, foyer, and kitchen and wash the kitchen floor. Instead, she vacuumed the upstairs hallway and then started helping the other two clean the bathrooms. These are not large bathrooms: one is approximately 6 x 8, the other is 5 x 6. My main objective, which I explained before I hired them, was to give both bathrooms a deep clean and to clean the tile grout, and I supplied the grout cleaner and brush and explained how to use them. I have this agreement in an email. Only one of these ladies was successful, Marie, who did a good job upon final inspection. The other lady, not so much. She missed cleaning a large number of areas and did not follow instructions for cleaning the grout. In the end, I cleaned the grout and also discovered areas in the shower that were not clean. Finally, Marie ended up vacuuming the living room quickly before they left. The entire job, which was supposed to cost $180, cost $240. for the same two hours. I was not happy, but I paid and said goodbye to keep the peace. I regret hiring them and would not recommend them. You asked, so this is my evaluation.

We normally have a 24-hour policy, if we had known we would have sent the ladies back. We are sorry your experience didn't match your expectation. We will make sure our ladies do their best.
