Extremely pleased with Foundation Repair - Western Colorado. Jason came to my home and analyzed the problem and gave options for repair.  He was polite, prompt and professional.  Repair was scheduled around my availability.  Larry and Landon arrived as scheduled to perform the slab leveling.  They were both extremely polite, thoughtful, and professional.  The radiant heating elements within the concrete slab were identified, small hole drilled through concrete slab (avoiding heating coils), polymer leveling material was injected through drilled holes in a meticulous manner and slab raised.  While there was very little mess (just some dust from concrete drilling),  Larry and Landon were sure to clean up the work area. Final cost was slightly less than original estimate.

Foundation Repair came in and performed their job in an extremely professional and caring manor. I am a single woman and was very concerned about this whole process. The crew that came in worked efficiently, constantly and very hard. The took every measure imaginable to ensure the least disruption in my life and the least damage to the home. Needless to say this was an enormous project but they had it completely done in 3 days. The house was left very clean and they removed all debris and swept up everything very nicely. I must say this was an amazing group to work with from the time the evaluator stepped in the front door to the moment they all said goodby. I would highly recommend Foundation Repair of Western Colorado and thank them for their hard work and concern for my home and myself.

Ted and his crew were amazing and did everything they promised when they fixed our foundation. They were timely, professional, respectful and very knowledgeable about what it would take to make our house level again. They might not be the cheapest structural contractor, but they are the BEST!

He put in concrete pillars for us and we completed two days earlier than scheduled; I was pleased. All was to my satisfaction from a crew that was most professional, reliable and efficient. Ted was on site to review the completion of the project to make sure I was pleased. I am a retired contractor myself, very selective in whom I would or would not refer to anybody, most definitely without a doubt....it would be Ted and Foundation Repair.
