Great group to work with very clean and work was done to our standards. Very happy with them.

My experience with Groundwork?s, Colorado, started with TJ Stastny. He arrived to perform a detailed appraisal of the foundation damage of our rental in Bayfield, Colorado. He was competent and cordial, and easy to like. He submit an estimated dollar amount for the repair, and answer all the question I had regarding the repair.process. He was simply outstanding. Larry Blatt and his crew of two (Justin and William) performed a first rate repair and alignment of the wall. They were competent, professional, and honest ask you could hope for. The finished work meets the engineer's specifications, the job site was left clean and orderly, and the final walk-through was not rushed but very thorough. The installed product repairs the foundation issue and increases the value of our home.

Professional, on time and honest.

At first it was perfect, getting in communication with our sales person. Then when questions arised about the sidewalk out back causing issues with the foundation, and needing someone to come out. Could not reach anyone for someone to come out for over a week. Then the production manager Marvin got involved right before the work was supposed to take place. He answered all my questions, but to get the work done needed before the beams went up, that was too soon of a time frame. They did the work and workers were decent with drop clothes throughout the house. Now after the work was completed, Marvin came out to do a final inspection. He stated he was gonna have someone come out and reinforce the truss beams, and Marvin stated he would do it himself if he can not get someone back out here. Noone has showed back up, and it is been over 2 months. I guess I will have to do this myself now.

Ollie Anderson, Isaac Alice, Gylan Johnson was the crew on our job. What an awesome team showed up on time and did an excellent job. I will and have recommended this company for any type of foundation work.

Al and James completed my annual maintenance yesterday and they were very professional. They fixed some plumbing issues on my sump pump and fortified the sump pump outlet piping to prevent possible further issues. They also took special care to replace and improved upon the original floor linear over the sump pump and left the crawl space spotless.
