Sadly one of the sloppiest contractors I've ever hired. We had our existing hardwood floors refinished and carpet replaced with hardwood in 3 rooms. It was a very large project, almost 2000 square feet that they finished in 4 days. Then spent an entire next day fixing mistakes. Mistakes like nails in the middle of the floor that was just refinished, many finishing nails left hanging in trim, stain can rings left in multiple places, improper sanding, and leaving areas looking worse than before they started. Mike told me "stop kneeling on the floor because your'e going to keep finding more things wrong." Watch your invoices too. We had two bundles of wood returned because they didn't need them but instead of a credit, Mike charged me for the wood until I caught his mistake. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go with a different contrractor who isn't rushing to get on to the next job and takes pride in the work.

We were so happy with this company. The owner was quick and the work was done quickly as well. Love the floors that were installed. So appreciate what they did and they were able to complete the job in one day!

The owner Mike is fantastic to work with. Found them after doing some research on good tilers in Cincinnati, and they had a lot of great reviews. When you meet Mike you can just tell he cares about his customers and the quality of work, which was the main reason we selected them over other companies. We had a few snafus that came up during the process, but Mike was always helpful to work through them and ensure we felt taken care of. His main tile installer Ramon is the freakin man! Super friendly and respectful, and an absolute artist when it comes to laying out the tile. He installed some super large form tile for us (4ftx4ft) solo, and they were perfectly level with beautiful grout lines. 10/10 would recommend to others.

I could not communicate with two different employees, I do not speak Spanish and was at a real disadvantage trying to communicate. They did not protect my home from a huge amount of dust by not using proper tools , my home will never be clean again dust everywhere!

tl;dr: Amazing customer service and quality work! Thanks, Mike! We are on a tight schedule closing on a house mid November and needing to get the floor refinished before we can move in and host family for the upcoming holidays. Mike was awesome and able to fit us in, even with our aggressive schedule! He was able to put an estimate together just based on a floorplan I mocked up, since we didn't have easy access to the house before closing for him to do a walk-through. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his eye for color/undertones and his great stain recommendations as a result. He even came by our current house to pick up the first payment for the project, which I appreciated as a homebody! I would have left a 5 star review on all that alone, but Mike continued to go above and beyond for us. My husband has very exacting standards and there were a few areas he wasn't fully happy with. Mike came back out to reinspect those areas - one or two of which did need a correction, and I'm sure some of which were my husband being a bit picky. Mike not only agreed to have the crew take another pass over the floor, but the crew was already there and got started immediately! Thank you, Mike! You made our lives easier and helped us put one of our first stamps on the new home. I appreciate your friendliness and amazing customer service!
