The initial representative that I spoke to on the phone she was wonderful. I was referred to one of their contractors that could do the job. The job was done very well. Only complaint, I have was a gentleman that I had to speak to customer service quality. Very vague on his answers and at the very end when he asked for payment, I sent it to him. I told him thank you and he never responded back, rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Forget enough task you are good enough to say thank you after you have been paid. I paid $1000 to replace 20 Luxury, laminate panels. As I said, the job was done very well, but the gentleman could step it up on the way he communicates with the public.

They actually did wood flooring installation, vinyl flooring installation and some wood sanding/staining for us. Ini is awesome to work with. Great customer service, communication and followup to ensure we were happy with our projects. The installers were good and quick. I would highly recommend this business to friends and family.
