"BathStone removed our garden tub and replaced it with a large walk in shower. It took a while to get started, due to incorrect glass doors and then a damaged shower pan. we had to wait additional time for replacements. At least Bob noticed the glass problem before they started, so we didn't have construction on pause. The work, when finally completed, was top notch and just what we wanted! The construction foreman was very helpful in determining where to install the grab bars and even put extra 2x4 blocks in the wall for anchor points. I would highly recommend Bathstone for your bathroom remodel."

"I don't typically write reviews unless I have a complaint but Alex's work is just that great I felt compelled to write a stellar review. I had a major clog in my bathtub and had tried multiple tricks to no avail. I finally gave in and found Alex through Thumbtack. He was the first of 6 businesses to respond and had availability that Saturday. All the other companies were not available until Monday and I had standing water in the tub. I called to schedule and he came out within a few hours. Before he started any work, he let me know exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He was very professional and helpful. He got the clog out quickly and the tub is draining better than it ever had before. He also cleaned up when he was done which not all plumbers do. I also felt comfortable with him being in my house. I would highly recommend Alex for any plumbing issues. I know he will be the one I call if I ever need plumbing work again! I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). "Josh contacted me in under 30 mins from my quote request through Home Advisor to discuss the maintenance of my Rinnai Tankless water heater. He was willing to come out same day, but we ended up scheduling first thing the following day. He arrived on-time as promised to clean, descale, and perform a general "check-up" on my aging/13-year old system. The maintenance was performed in a timely fashion, things were reassembled and hot water checked before leaving. Josh also communicated what he saw, expectations of the longevity of the system and sizing for my home, without being pushy to install a new one.
