Hiring Mark to do a home inspection for a property that my wife and I are buying was worth every penny of his fee. Mark was available to do our home inspection the day after I called him and he was punctual. He spent over 2 hours and carefully inspected and ran each appliance that was in the home, checked the hot water temperature, checked each and every light and outlet throughout the house, garage and attic and did a complete inspection of the underside of the home. He also inspected the roof, exterior of the home and made recommendations. He provided us with a 45 page inspection report within an hour of the conclusion of the inspection and picked up on some marginal items that I had not noticed.
