My husband and I recently purchased a home that had carpet in the entire downstairs. The previous owners had 2 dogs and a cat that left the carpet in a less than favorable condition and smell. After reading reviews, we contact Sam at Floors Bay about new flooring. We ideally wanted install to happen before move in day and Sam made it happen. He was prompt, recommended LVP flooring since it is waterproof and this was a lower level of the house, his estimate was very affordable. His team was very kind and when they needed to come back the next day to complete, they made sure someone was here at 6am to finish the job before the movers came. We couldn’t be happier with the final product.
