Burt was unprofessional and aggressive. He was over two and a half hours late. I had to run to work (with our only car) and so my husband was left home to handle any questions and payment. After Burt completed the work my husband had his card ready to pay, but Burt then said he only accepts cash or check. We had not been informed of this ahead of time. We did not have $225 in cash and we don?t keep a checkbook. Burt got very upset and aggressive with my husband. My husband kept trying to come up with possible solutions to be able to pay for the service but Burt only continued to become further upset. They settled on Burt driving my husband to the bank so he could pull out some cash. We understand that people sometimes have selective forms of payment and forget to inform ahead of time. This can be difficult for both parties but his aggressiveness was completely unacceptable.
