He provided me 2 separate estimates in detail. 1.to humanely remove the bats and 2. for prevention of future infestations including lifetime guarantee on materials and his work. He explained the habits of these bats including migration and when they have their young. He said his work is always humanely done which is a big issue for me. He installed a one way valve with mesh so the bats could only leave but not re-enter. After a few days he returned and again assessed to make sure no bats were left. He carefully cleaned up all the guano the bats left and then installed quality products to prevent any future problems. I am very impressed with this manâ  s respect and knowledge with wildlife and customers, His work ethic is amazing and I would absolutely recommend him."
