Floor Coverings International North Charlotte and Lake Norman

Our experience with Floor Coverings International was very disappointing. In our opinion, the project lacked proper oversight, and we encountered multiple issues including damage to our home, defective flooring, and poor communication. Despite raising concerns early, we did not feel our complaints were taken seriously, and the situation escalated unnecessarily. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

Neal is great - everything from the consultation to recommendations - he doesn't try to sell you on more than you need.

Neal and his team were amazing! They were timely, responsive, helpful, and did a great job on the floor! Definitely recommend working with these pros!

Very professional, great price.?

The salesman set the wrong expectations. He said they would move everything but our laser cutter and they would keep in constant communication. The day of the appointment, I called to make sure they were coming because I had no idea what time they were coming and they did not confirm that day or the previous to make sure we would still be able to have it done. They got here and said we were supposed to move everything out of the room before they got there. We said that's not what the sales guy said. They move the stuff with not too much fuss. They however didn't move much back, as once again, the sales guy said they would. There were some edges that weren't completely tight and had a loose string, but nothing that I thought was worth calling them back for. The sales guy said to make sure we kept a piece of the carpet and padding in case we need to ever claim the warranty. They left no extra pieces for us. They took everything back.

From the sales associate Mark, the installers, and the owner, Pamela, everything was top notch from start to finish. Pamela will be coming back this week to check over the completed project. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Excellent and skilled floor installers.

The salesman made me feel confident the installation and product would be exactly what I wanted, and it is. The back office was courteous and followed the progress of the installation with me step by step. The installers showed up on time, did an amazing job and were neat, clean and professional. In the middle of the installation my family suffered a terrible loss and the staff worked with me as I struggled with the loss of my husband. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE!

It's rare to find a company with such an attention to detail. They do the job right with an attentiveness that exceeded my expectations.
