Terry and his install team were fantastic! The big box stores will just waste your time, call him first. Terry came by personally to measure and quote my project, his team installed the carpet during the time they said they would and were very professional and asked questions to ensure the carpet was installed to my liking. Terry then showed up later in the afternoon to personally inspect the work. That level of dedication is unmatched in this day and age. Thanks Terry and the FCI Team!

Had flooring installed in three rooms two weeks ago. Were one box short to finish. They had to order and assured me they would have it in the 10th. Still waiting with the room not done. Also did not paint exposed ends of quarter rounds at door openings. Paid a higher price than comptitors offered because of superior ratings. Sales tactics were excellent, went the extra mile to be sure we were getting the best fit but once the job was sold the customer service fell off.

Had waterproof laminate installed in kitchen and family rooms. Excellent service, no pressure sales tactics, quick response tines even during the pandemic. Excellent quality materials & workmanship. Would highly recommend and would use this company again.
