Fletcher's Carpet Repair

Jerry was able to stretch and clean 28 yr old carpet and make it feel and look like new carpet. He knew how to clean mohawk silk strand carpet. The dealer, where we bought it, did not know how to clean it. It looks like we just had it installed. We think he’s the best ever! Very professional, friendly, and fairly priced.

I would not recommend this company!! Made a 10am appointment with Mr. Fletcher, and he never showed or called. I have read other negative reviews about him, and he definitely has a pattern of doing this to customers. I called him, and he immediately answered, and told him he stood me up for my appointment, and he said he forgot, and then a long pause, and said he was busy as his son was getting married tomorrow which is a week day. Traditionally people get married on a Saturday. I didn't buy his story. He told me he had other appointments as well, so is he sitting in his office just forgetting everyone else's appointment including mine?

This was a very small job. It only took about 30 minutes to do. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Jerry did an awesome job fixing 3 areas of carpet that were worn or threadbare. He was able to use pieces of leftover new carpet I had to make the repairs, and you can't even tell anything was patched or repaired, it was THAT GOOD!! I'd definitely recommend him for any carpet repair project.

Pricing is not correct on the website.
