    Chad Boyer quickly assessed my need for a new water heater, and he did a great job explaining what was going on throughout the process too. I also appreciated his willingness to wear a mask inside my house while he worked. I had the new water heater installed and the old one out of my house within a couple of hours. Great job, Chad! Thanks for a job well done.

    Larry from Fitch was very courteous and punctual. He was straight forward that he was more of an HVAC repair person than that of a hybrid water heater repair expert. He called Bradford White technical support and tried to trouble shoot the error codes that popped up. With tech support he was able to reset the water heater so that the error codes did not appear. He acknowledged that he was not sure if the problem was correctly addressed and cautioned that it might recur. Since this took a bit of time to trouble shoot, the labor cost proved quite substantial. Although I have no complaints with Fitch or Larry, I might have to look for someone more experienced with hybrid water heaters if the problems/error codes were to recur.

    Response from Company:

    We received the service call Thursday afternoon and had the first available technician on-site within an hour. Hybrid water heaters are uncommon, but the technician was able to resolve the problem and restore the customer's hot water in one trip at a cost of less than $200!

    Fitch Services has done plumbing work for me (water heater replacement in restricted space requiring repiping of water meter). They did fantastic work and the cost was approximately 1/4 of the amount that the major plumbing companies in Charlottesville were asking for. You read that right: 25% of the cost for the exact same work (and they were flexible, allowing for me to purchase the water heater and handle delivery on my own). I am going to exclusively use them for plumbing going forward and will also try their electrical and HVAC service.

    Jonathan was great. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He anchored the laundry room pipe to the wall that had shifted and reconnected to the laundry sink. No more leaks!!! I would highly recommend Fitch Services for your plumbing needs.

    The electrical inspector showed 2 hours late, then did not send the necessary paperwork for the inspection. The plumbing and HVAC inspectors still have not sent their reports and we are at our deadline for inspections today. I have asked to speak with the owner for days and he will not call back, I have also sent emails with no response.
