Fitch was scheduled to come at 9 a.m. After I called Patty several times (at 9:45 am and again at 12:10 pm when she said "he'll be there in an hour and call first- which did not happen!) ,Jonathon finally showed up at 1:30 p.m. which I do not think was his fault, since Patty should have let me know the hang-up would delay him a half-day. My complaints: (1.)Fitch said that HomeAdvisor gave them a 9-11 am window, but HomeAdvisor told me 9 a.m. (2.) Patty at Fitch did not call me to say they would be late! Even after I called and Patty promised me someone after my first call, she did not call back to say they would be delayed for a second time. I did not appreciate being left in the dark. If I had known they would be 4.5 hours late I would have re-scheduled for another day.

Their staff is always friendly, professional, and clean up after their services. Like that they give you an hour window instead of 4 hours like some companies.
