They stood behind their work until the problem with an outside to inside water connection was completed. We saved some money by digging our own hole so they could do their job. Very accommodating. I feel they were honest with us the whole time.

I hired Fitch Services to install a ceiling fan in my family room. I explained to the CSR that it was a 2 story room and requires a very tall ladder. I explained that I could install the ceiling fan myself but for the fact that it is 18 feet up. On the day of appt. two electricians show up, 3 hours late, without a ladder. While already in my house I have them do another job as to not waste their or my time. I was told someone would call me back to reschedule ceiling fan. A week went by with no call. I called again and I am told I have to wait an additional 2 weeks. Do not hire this company.

It is regrettable that an apparent miscommunication on our end prevented us from being able to complete the customer's project within an acceptable timeline. It is not reflective of the normal, positive Fitch Services experience found in the vast majority of our 5-star ratings and 28 years of satisfied customers in the Charlottesville/Albemarle area.
