    I have only had the service twice...but plan to set up a routine visit.....Each time my place has been cleaned to perfection.....prior service has always left something very noticable not cleaned....FIrst Choice has truly earned its name. I will no longer need to try out other services because First Choice will not be only my "First Choice" but my only choice.

    Well, we thought our maids did good work...Until we saw that all the dog hair and paper and food etc. That had been under our beds before they came was still there after they left! It is not hard to move our beds, so there is no reason why they didn't. It's a good thing they worked for two hours because otherwise it so would not have been worth it.

    Good initial cleaning; TERRIBLE subsequent/follow-up cleaning & customer service! Crew was sloppy, not detail oriented, cleaned with dirty rags leaving foul odor/water stains. When asked to pay more attention to particular areas, crew displayed poor attitude. Owner notified and promised to send a new crew/would call with new cleaning date. She never called as promised and when I contacted her... she did not have a new crew and wanted to charge me for the same crew to come back again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE; WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    Arrived 1 1/4 hours late, which made me late for my appointments. Kitchen cleaning was done last and was not adequate; toaster oven not cleaned, baseboards throughout family room and kitchen not cleaned, dust balls/webs around base of cabinets and walls; kitchen cabinets doors were not cleaned well. Where floors and appliances met, cleaning was not thorough.

    At many locations on furniture there was still dust which was accessible for them to clean. I was required to follow-up and clean some of this kind of incomplete dusting. What the did was not worth the price.

    Overall, I was pleased. The coupon was also great for helping me keep within my budget. However, one person came a bit later than the others. Also, I asked for ladder and appropriate supplies for high areas to be cleaned. We had to improvise though not all areas reached. Also, laundry room not cleaned. I got the sense that they were only supposed to be here for an hour and then had to leave. Nevertheless, I do hope to use this service again because overall I was pleased. Hopefully, Saturday hours will be available.

    The girls that came did an awesome job and they were right on time! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!!

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
