We recently had our kitchen upgraded. First Choice Home Improvements did an amazing job and they were so easy to work with. From the first meeting with Mike, the owner, to the last meeting with April, everything was seamless. Mike was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. April was great to work with. She was helpful and patient in helping us make decisions on tile, backsplash, etc... We felt comfortable with everyone that came into our home. They worked within our budget and stayed within the timeline they presented at the start. I am very very happy with our kitchen. It looks amazing. Mike and the team at FC Home Improvements did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. We were very particular in our color and stain choices; his team gave us many options until we found the right one. Mike was great about explaining the process, as well as the timeline. His team also made some great suggestions that we hadnâ t thought of (like swapping cabinets for drawers), and we are thrilled with the end result. We are so pleased with our experience with First Choice Home Improvements for our downstairs remodel. Mike was extremely professional and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He was willing to work with us as we revised the scope of work until we felt comfortable with the price. You can tell that Mike really cares about providing the best experience and end result for his clients. The crew was professional, clean and respectful of our space. All of the work done by the crew and laborers was exceptional. There was someone at our home working every day. We were given an 8-10 week timeline for our project and they finished in 8 weeks! Going in to a home remodel we were weary of the headache it could be, but working with First Choice made the whole process stress free and easy! First Choice turned our home in to our dream home.

Thank you to Mike and Rena and their team for our bathroom remodel. Project turned out so beautiful. I researched and found them on Home Advisor. Great to work with â prompt follow up, response to questions, and worked with our budget. They were very helpful with design decisions on our new shower tile and other items . Also they were very understanding when our schedule got difficult with unexpected family health issues. Still they managed to finish on time. Would definitely hire them again.

We needed to remodel both of our bathrooms, and First Choice turned out to be an excellent choice. They thoroughly explained the process and made great suggestions throughout the process which, in our opinion, helped to make the results even better than we expected. They were very professional and did a great job. It was my good luck that I found First Choice Home Improvements through a friend who remodeled a master bathroom recently with FCHI. She told me about her positive experience and I when went to her home and saw the quality work in her beautiful new bathroom, I called FCHI for an estimate to remodel two bathrooms in my condo. I had been thinking of remodeling for several years but had not been able to get a highly recommended referral from friends or colleagues. Mike and his team are so easy to work with and very responsive to questions and assist with choosing materials. They provided many options for the custom-built vanities, shower tile and trim, faucets, light fixtures and paint which made the selection process easy and stress-free. During the 5 weeks, they kept the project moving on schedule and finished on the day that was promised when I signed the contract. This was my first remodeling project and I absolutely love my two new bathrooms! My experience with FCHI was extremely positive so if youà ¢à  à  re looking for a dedicated, professional and highly skilled team, FCHI is the only contractor to call.

This company is very professional. They were very thorough, explained things to us when we had questions, they worked well together , were very positive, very friendly. They did very high quality work, their time schedule for completion was accurate and they maximized all available space in this small condo kitchen. I whave space for everything, and the design is so very user friendly. When it was finished the kitchen designer came with such practical advise regarding best use of storage, that I give thanks everyday that I found this wonderful company.

We called First Choice Home Improvements because of their 5 star/grade A reviews; we chose them after meeting Mike and being impressed by his experience, knowledge, integrity, reasonable quote, and understanding of our vision for our kitchen remodel. We highly recommend First Choice because we found them to be... RESPONSIVE: We appreciated the timely, positive, and thorough communication with everyone involved, including Rena in the office who is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We always knew what was happening and what came next. They were very responsive to our questions and requests for slight modifications of the plan. WELL-ORGANIZED, RELIABLE, AND EFFICIENT: There was no downtime; they were here every day, all day, and the job was finished ahead of schedule. The crew members are First Choice employees, not subcontractors, and they take pride in their company. SKILLED: Dennis and Brandyn are very skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable in cabinets, tile, paint, electrical, and water, and gas plumbing. They are experts and they did a great job! RESPECTFUL OF BEING IN OUR HOME: They took care to a contain the work area and clean-up daily. We look forward to working with First Choice Home Improvements again on our next remodeling project. We hired First Choice for a complete kitchen renovation. They did an excellent job. Mike and his team have integrity and were committed to carrying out our vision for our kitchen to the very last details. They communicated effectively and efficiently throughout the project and listened when we had requests. I would recommend them and use them again for future projects.
