I was very disappointed with the service and level of professional commitment. Fillipo committed to a specific time to begin paint services and when that time came he did not arrive. After 30 minutes of waiting I had to call him and then got the run around. He acted as if I should have expected him to not show up because he is very busy and had other projects going on. As a business manager myself I pride myself on customer service and my experience was the furthest thing from it. I ended up using a different contractor.
