Hector/Fernando came by on the same day we called, then came the next day to complete the repair. We asked for an invoice and he did not supply one, so we are not 100% sure what we paid for; we thought the price included checking all of the irrigation, but the main irrigation break we called about was repaired correctly. I would hire him again and would just get more clear about what was being done and the exact cost. I take responsibility for not going out and asking him before my husband paid him and he left.

He provided a fair and affordable price for the work. The team was prompt, reliable, and listened to my preferences. They were respectful, and made an extra effort to please. They left the site in great condition and finished the work faster than expected. I will hire them again.

I hired Fernando "Hector" Torres to design and install a concrete patio in my backyard. He completely botched the job, either ruining or failing to stop the cement supplier from ruining the cement, which is now the wrong color. The patio also does not drain correctly, and the finish is deplorable, with scratches and spotty appearance throughout. To make matters worse, he has failed to respond to any of my text messages, voicemails, or numerous emails, and is completely avoiding me, forcing me to have to now consider litigation. DO NOT USE THIS MAN, he comes off genuine and kind but completely misrepresented his skills and qualifications and has thus far failed to honor his contract or his word.

I started the job since November 2017, everything was ok, when it was time to do the concrete on the patio, Victor said he wanted to add color to it, (color was picked and paid by Victor). I ordered the colored concrete from Shamrock and contracted a pumping company to pour concrete. Later victor said the color is not of his satisfaction (all work was paid, everything was ok and I even did more work for him). Victor alleges that Shamrock told him that the guy from the pumping company ask drivers to add water to concrete. I never ordered anybody to add water or anything to concrete.
