This was the 4th or 5th time I have used Felske for an appliance repair. Each time has always been what you would want out of a professional service person. He was punctual, informative, and transparent about everything. This time it was my washer and after careful inspection of the my washer he presented me with options. One to replace and one to fix and gave his opinion to replace since it was an older washer and the fix would not be financially worth it. He even recommended a new one and I just purchased it. Very refreshing to be able to trust what some one is saying to you. Will continue to be a repeat customer.

If I could provide a zero rating it would be too generous. He came on Dec 6, said he diagnosed the issue with a control board on my Whirlpool refrigerator. Said he?d ordered the part and came back Dec 20. He never opened the box before he came to the house and when he did, he said it was wrong the part. It is now 2 months later and a whole month without an update and my refrigerator is still not fixed. He said the $100 I paid on that first day was $100 and the total job was $385. When I asked for the deposit back he says it?s now a service call and not refundable. He gave excuse after excuse without ever responding unless I chased. So he took $100 from me and did nothing to actually repair my refrigerator

Jerry and his son Hunter have been out to my house several times in the past few months for various appliance related issues; Each time, they were punctual, professional and courteous. While evaluating the issue, they walked me through their thinking, the possible problem and their strategy to repair. They are my "go to guys" for any appliance issues!!

Excellent company! I had a issue where my refrigerator was not cooling properly and was making a weird noise. Felske appliance repair came out the same day i called them and where able to fix the issue! I recommend his services to anyone that needs repair done to their appliances. They have fair pricing, are honest, and have integrity!

I hired Jerry on August 28th 2024 to fix my Samsung electric stove and him and his son came to repair a sensor on the control panel. The oven worked just fine before they tried fix it. They fried out the control piece that works the oven. He came back again with a new piece and it didn't fit, kept trying to order a part but couldn't seem to find the right one. During this whole time he never reached out to stay in touch, I had to pursue him. This went on for over 5 months and I finally had to purchase a new stove in January. Totally unacceptable work ethic. We discussed if he would help reimburse my purchase if he couldn't fix it and he said I am a small business owner, I don't know what I can do. He definetly cannot fix Samsung products and electric stove. I am very dissapointed in the lack of communication from him and his services.
