We hired this company for many jobs and they seem to not want to follow our Protocol. We have clear instructions that need to be followed and 99% of the time they do not. The only time they follow up is when they want more money. We have given this company many chances and Anthony seems to have a power trip by just stating he is the owner when he is not. Justin Becker is the owner. They get approval to get work done and never do and they dont like to follow up and when we state our concerns to Anthony he does not like it. He likes to talk over you and gets upset. In this case we hired this company for one of our clients and they decided to let our clients know they need new toilets. When clear protocol is not to discuss with our clients they need to discuss concerns with us as the company we hired them to service is OUR CLIENTS. Key words being being here (WE HIRED THEM FOR) Anthony is very unprofessional and we will no longer be using THIS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY again as then dont get the job done or get it right the first time around. You will probably have to keep calling them and calling them again and again. Please rethink before hiring this company again.

Had another company come check why my toiletâ s drain slow. They charged me 900 to snake my clean out. When it still flushed slow they told me I needed to jet it and itv would be 200 extra. I called fast action they came out right away. Put a camera in my clean out and immediately knew what the problem was. Their plumber Raul said that there was birds nest in my vent pipe and thatâ s why toilets flushed slow. Sure enough he came off my roof with old birds nest. I never Ritos have thought to check the roof vent for slow flushes . And on top of that they were reasonable with pricing, i would recommend these guyâ s to anyone who needs an honest and knowledgeable plumbers. Will be calling them for all my home repairs.

Fast action came and solved my sewer issue. I had a back up in the sewer line which caused my basement to back up with water. Fast action came and cleared my sewer line in a promptly manner. I was impressed with their efficiency and communication through the whole process. Would recommend to my Friends and families and will be using fast action again!!!
