As time passed the more and more we got upset with the outcome of our new driveway. After the work was completed, we brought to the attention of Family Paving the oily spots and dirty spots caused by the worker using the compactor. They said the oily spots should disappear in 2 to 3 weeks and dirty spots would wash away with the rain. It?s now been more than 2 months and the oily spots and dirty spots haven?t disappeared. We are good, trusting people and believed Family Paving when they said that the oily spots and dirty spots would disappear. We expected and paid for a finished driveway without oily spots and dirty spots ground into the driveway. We deserved better and expected more from a reputable company like Family Paving. Despite numerous attempts, the owner of Family Paving has never responded as a professional courtesy to emails or called to address and resolve our concerns.

They installed driveway such that is does not drain, and surrounding area drains onto it. The crew was rude, cursing at the top of their lungs, spitting on my property, disrespectful, left trash. They would not address my concerns.

I got other estimates and some places never called me back. Eric came out for the estimate when he said he would, very prompt. Easy to deal with. Within 2 weeks I have my new driveway. Have an electric dog fence that they had to deal with but reconnected it after. Very pleased with everything,

From start to finish I was impressed with all of the folks that I dealt with. The crew showed up early on the morning that was scheduled. The crew was professional and everyone had their job to do. I heard very little instruction giving as they all knew what to do and when to do it. The job was completed higher than expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Peter and his crew did a wonderful job on my driveway. Concrete had to be removed first, so it wasn't an easy job. The whole crew were friendly and professional. I can't say enough about them. Great job - great guys! Thank you!
