This is place is all about the sale!!! Iâ m 9 days now in AZ on 12 day 90 degree streak with out ac in upstairs portion of my home, pregnant wife and son enduring it with me. I purchased two AC units installed March 23rd 2021. APR 3rd I noticed a unit was out. Monday morning I got a hold of For energy they sent a ac rep out to diagnose problem. A new motor blower was needed on an brand new trane unit. New part was ordered and when technician returned the â newâ motor blower did not work. For energy offered no cooling solutions, compensation, and barely followed up. Any communication I got was from me calling project manager and technician best case they returned my call. The lack of effort by the company shows their true colors very active in calling before the sale but no regard for customer follow up. Spend your money elsewhere.

So far we only had the energy survey and report (sales pitch). The technician and sales rep were courteous and provided answers to our questions. Neither were pushy. We are doing comparatives on the cost of adding insulation to the attic and sealing leaking vent, ducts and returns. We told them we were not interested in Solar and they did not force the issue. They did suggest we do the outlets and door molding ourselves.

Co. is very well run, continued updates as to who , when, and what will be done. Very punctual and organized work crews. They clean up after themselves when completing their project. During this time of the Corona virus the employees are respectful of distancing and wearing masks. They only allow one person in the house if and when needed. Great financing available. My wife and I highly recommend FOR ENERGY for home energy audit, solutions, and work. A all-in one company
