FL Fencing sent out a great team. They were fast, focused and knowledgeable. I intend to use them any time in the future that I need any kind of fencing done. Mary, who came out to look at the job and come up with a plan, was fair and personable. I canâ t ask for more than that. She was friendly and really knows her business.

They were dependable in every way. Mayra was always available to answer my questions and see that the job ran smoothly. The crew was very professional and listened patiently to my requests. The finished project was done exactly as I had asked and looks great.

They communicated with me every step of the way. I just purchased my home, so there were some snags because the county slow process of switching the owners over and permitting issues. But Myra was on top of it the entire time and help me speed up the process. They were on time, professional, and went above and beyond.

Excellent work but horrendous customer communication and responses. A simple email or text is responded to within 2 or 3 weeks ( while they are doing the job ) and after the job is done a simple question about the inspection was never answered ( since 2 months ago).

They were prompt and did the work. The job called for reusing existing fence posts which they cleaned nicely. The first day they worked into the dark and some of segments of the installed fence were uneven. I also asked for bird guard to be put on the top of the fence, and there was confusion between the work crew and the office. It turned out it was not included in the initial estimate, and I assumed it was. I signed another contract including this item for more. Then there was further confusion about what segment of the fence bird guard would be installed. They returned on a Sunday to install the bird guard and modify the uneven sections. The new sections installed look great. All and all I was satisfied with the job and would hire them again. However you should discuss and insure what you want done is understood and in the contract you sign explicitly.
