We redid our entire lawn and garden, removing many trees and shrubs, pruning those that remained, soil preparation, laying sod and preparing beds for spring planting. Frank (the owner) came himself to give me initial the estimate, had many spot-on suggestions and ideas about how to proceed. He supervised the work, was on site most of the time, and was always easy to reach by phone or text. We had good fortune weather-wise and everything went as planned and on schedule. Budget matched the estimate except for a few additional items I requested after the work began. The men took care to remove large trees and shrubs without damaging adjacent paved areas and while protecting the ones that we did not want removed. Since the work was completed Frank has come back a couple of times to water and make sure the sod is rooting properly. We plan to hire Franciamore again in the spring to put in new plantings.

The first company that was referred to me by Home Advisor was a perfect fit. I called Frank Franciamore Lawn Care and Landscaping Services on a Sunday and Frank returned the call the same day. His over 40 years experience was evident in his responses to my many questions I posed with the issues that were problematic with my lawn. Specifically, a grassy weed QUACKGRASS that had invaded my lawn. Frank agreed to come over to my house a few days later to review the work that needed to be done. He took measurements and discussed the scope of work. The ground had to be graded, compost and fertilizer applied with the requested Bluegrass sod blend. Frank submitted by email a project proposal with the estimated cost which I agreed to. The rain delayed the cutting and delivery of the sod. When the sod was delivered he and his crew were fantastic. They were prompt, reasonable, responsive and hardworking. They made my yard come to life and everything came out as promised and right on budget. The lawn rivals any professional golf course. I am especially pleased with all my interactions with Frank. His hands on approach to my project, attention to detail and consistent prompt responses to my texts and emails is a credit to his consummate professionalism. I could not be happier. We have retained his company to provide maintenance programs including fertilizing, mowing, edging, weed control, shrub trimming, mulching, cleanup of landscaped area and leaf removal. They ask you what you want and they give you suggestions, even make it nicer than you intended sometimes because of their experience! It always turns out nice and they always do what you want.
