I hired this company to remove a refrigerator and other items. I greatly appreciated the fast response and the great service they provided to me. Highly recommend.

I hired Feek Man to pick up 2 couches, and mattress from Big Lots. The Big Lots was right around the corner from my house. They were to deliver the 2 Couches and mattress and put new furniture in the house and dump the old furniture. We agreed on a price of 275$ for the job that Jasmine said it would be completed. Fidel and his helper put the new mattress in my room and took the old mattress. Next they went to the basement to get rid of the old sectional so new couches could go there. They took part of the sectional to the Uhal leaving the other piece there. Next they started too bring in the 1 new coach to the basement. Which the gentleman claimed that they couldn t get the couch down into the basement because of the size. But I told him I measured it and know it would fit. They weren t wanting to but the strength and effort to do so. I told them all they had to do was take the feet off and that was the problem. But would listen and That he wanted to be paid in full 275$ but I gave him 200$ only because I felt unsafe and he was yelling at me which I felt the company shouldn t receive any thing because the job wasn t finished. I asked him to leave. He took one part of the sectional out of the UHaul and the other half was still in the basement. So they left the new couches and part of the old sectional outside in my driveway. The men could have finished the job but weren t willing to put more effort and strength. So the job wasn t finished and I shouldn t have given them money left furniture outside in my driveway and I m asking for a complete refund if 200$. I also had a panic attack. I had to have some else come and finish the job and had no problem getting the couches in the basement.

They arrived before the appointed time, ready to work. They writhed week together and asked questions when try were not sure about items to throw out.

Although the owner seemed pretty nice on the phone, I was not happy with the process. I asked for a quote and was told someone would come out and look at the job and call me back. However, when I arrived home, they had already started the job without my approval. I felt bad for the workers because they had already begun working. I ended up authorizing them to continue the job. I needed some dirt and mulch removed from 2 areas. They did a great job on one of the areas, but the larger area still has dirt that could've been removed. It was an okay experience, and the workers were nice. I just prefer to receive a quote and actually hire a company before they just start working. Let me decide who I want to hire. Anyway, I do appreciate them coming out so quickly.

Feek Man Moving and Hauling LLC removed 3 large refrigerators and misc. junk from our 5th floor units. They were very responsive while quoting the job and scheduling the services. They were punctual, professional, and completed the job in a timely/organized manner. The cleaned up after themselves and were overall great to work with! I will hire them for future jobs and would highly recommend them for any moving/hauling projects!
