Art was hired to give my furnace an inspection before the winter heating season. He checked the vacuum hoses, safety switches and flame sensor and blower motor. He also replaced the furnace filter, which I provided. All of the components were found to be in proper working order. However, he had not placed our appointment in his book and as a result, I had to call him to remind him of the time. Overall, I would still recommend him.

Art came out to replace my thermostat. Turns out the new thermostat was faulty, Art put the original thermostat back on. Excellent customer service. Art will be my go to service technician for anything HVAC related from now on.

Best Customer Service Experience I have ever had with a contractor! Art is pleasant to work with, always on time, and reliable. He installed two zone AC in my rental property. Art completed the project within the expected time frame. It passed inspection. I screened a few contractors and his quote was the best. Will hire him again any time!

Art was very diligent in responding to the call. He gave me a thorough explanation with the options. Besides the ac condensor unit that burned out, the evaporator had to be changed. The price he gave was the most competitive. All the competitor's quotes were well overpriced for the same job. Art even took the lead on the permits. The other companies tried to match Art's price, but since Art came in first with the just and fair price, I went with Art. He did a great job. AC unit is working great. Definitely recommend Art. His expertize and dedication is to cooling and heating systems is great.
