We had been spending thousands of dollars on our York a/c every year as it was not cooling and the freon had to be replenished. Art told us that it must be the blue fin coil and contacted the York company who paid for the replacement,labor and the freon,which was a relief.Art took the initiative for everything that had to be done.He did a very clean job and seemed knowledgeable and confident. Although the a/c is working fine,we have to wait for next Summer,when Art promised to come again and check and see if the a/c is cooling right and the freon is at right quantity.

Extra Air Quality is a contractor who cares about you and your project. Art strives to find the problem not just give a quick solution. I had a part of my A-coil not functioning, Art found that part instead of replacing the coil saved me thousands of dollars for hundred dollar part. I would use him again.

Came when he said he would. Took photo of part that was the problem and showed me what was wrong. Replaced the part quickly and the AC was working in a short time.

Extra Air Quality is an honest HVAC contractor. He fixed the problem and explained to you about the issue and options. No pressure and take the time to diagnose the problem. I would hire him again.
