Art was very professional and friendly. He came out very quickly to check out the issue with my air conditioner and was able to replace my unit (which was over 20+ years old) the very next morning in the sweltering heat. He presented me with my options prior to the work with the breakdown of the costs. Upon meeting him, you could tell that he was a honest hard working guy. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I submitted a form on servicemagic around 2pm. By 4:30, the job was done. Extra Air called right away, was here in half an hour, and fixed my central air quickly. My brother is an HVAC tech in another state and said we got a really good deal. The only minor quibble I have is that I did not have any information about pricing before the job was basically done, and I am a person who likes to know the details and reasons for things. A little more communication with the customer about what's going on as it's going on would have made me feel more comfortable. That said, the guy was very nice, and I got a good deal, so I can't really complain!
