The installers were excellent. They were very professional and competent and polite. If I was in this business, I would love to have this crew working for me! The job was done right the first time! The windows are very well constructed and open and close in a side way manner which is much better than up and down! I would hire this company again.

I highly recommend Express Sunrooms of America, Inc. in Jacksonville Florida. I needed to replace a 40 year old leaking sunroom roof on my rental property. I had multiple repairs completed by other companies which failed. From the initial inspection and consultation Buddy was thorough, knowledgeable, and gave an honest and detailed estimate. He was very experienced with my old roof and recommended a high quality composite roof. He was able to answer my numerous questions, gave me a great bid, and sent photos before and after completion. I was concerned about not being able to be present as I live far away and Buddy really took care of me every step of the way. His assessment and expertise was highly appreciated. Buddy Newman came in time to estimate. I hired them to build my sunroom and after I called him we scheduled the next morning for someone to come and do final measurements to order all necessary materials but NONE shoved up during the entire day. I call to see what is going on and left a message on his phone because there was a voice message. Ever since I did not hear from them. NICE BUSINESS GUYS! MY CONGRATULATIONS!

More expensive projects will take priority. When Buddy came to our home to give us an estimate on what it would take to install a patio cover, he convinced us to let him complete our window replacement as well. We were impressed with the photos of other jobs that his team had completed. Well we didn't get what we were promised. There were problems with communications between Buddy and his crew members as well as problems with crew members transportation (which couldn't really be helped - so that is understandable). But I had to call multiple times to find out exactly what was going to be completed and when at the point when we thought the job should have been finished. At that point, I guess he got frustrated because he specifically told me that he was doing us a favor. How are you doing us a favor when we are paying you?? When they replaced our plate glass window with French doors, the trim (inside and out) was not finished. The step down to the outside was higher than standard which makes it difficult for a person that is already disabled. The French doors are not leveled. And the space on the floor where the doors were installed is not finished (there is a huge gap). Even though he made promises to me and my husband to come back and fix these issues, it has been almost 3 weeks and nothing has been corrected. My job was almost 10K so if you plan on spending less than that you might want to consider another company.

We hired Buddy to enclose our lanai with glass wall systems (replacing the screened walls), tile the floor, pour a patio, and install heat/AC to the room. He gave an estimate and stuck by it. His team is respectful, diligent, hard working, skilled, and neat, not to mention just doggone nice. My wife never felt uncomfortable with the workmen when I was not around, sometimes not the case with other projects. Buddy guarantees his work, and stands by it, not letting any unfinished or unsatisfied detail remain until everything was up to our complete expectation.

Buddy & his crew were great! We lost many screen panels of our pool enclosure during Hurricane Matthew. Buddy was out here quickly for an estimate and his crew was here just a day or two later. His workers were polite & personable. His no payment until work is 100% complete policy is impressive. The job was completed quickly and our enclosure looks great again!
