I couldn’t be happier with the service and my new bedroom flooring!! Jean with sales was prompt to arrive and quite knowledgeable in assessing me chose my flooring. The crew worked efficiently and did a fantastic job!! Highly recommended! I had five star service from start to finish.

Great price and installation.

I received a quote and paid a deposit, but later decided to change the color I wanted. Since an alternative wasn’t available, I chose to cancel the order. To my pleasant surprise, the refund process was quick and effortless—handled very professionally and with no questions asked. Overall, my experience was excellent. The team showed a high level of professionalism, and I wanted to leave this review to say thank you and to recommend them without hesitation.

Great experience with Express Flooring both the consult and the work was professional and they did a great job with the tile removal and cement leveling. Arrived on time and got our entire main floor done in 6-7 hours. Will be using this company on future projects

Express Flooring was extremely professional throughout the entire process. They visited our home for measurement and consultation with a variety of samples and were able to complete installation 3 days later. We had LVP installed with both carpet and tile removal, all was done within one day. Everyone we worked with was kind and the work completed turned out wonderful. We will be using them again in the future!

They came out and did installed floor now we need some warranty repair done. Been 1 1/2 months and still can?t get anything done. They finally said they would be here this morning, but didn?t show up or call. Called customer service and all they said is we will leave them a message. Over the last month and half we have call several times and they look and see where they have taken our claim, but nothing has happen to fix it. Finally did file a report with the better business bureau.

They did an excellent job and were very professional.

They were quick and professional. From the time I made the request to the time it was completed was less than a week. I will be using again for future products.

Floors turns out wonderfully! It took 6 days and then they were completely done. We got a POD as they requested all surfaces be cleaned off. They moved the furniture around. I do believe it would’ve been easier and less time consuming if we had placed our large furniture in storage as well and then not stay in the home. Get an Airbnb or hotel room. Someone does need to stay on property while they were working. Overall, very pleased with the work and experience with Express Flooring!
