I am complaining big time about this company and the installation has not even been done yet. I needed fence installed and contacted Home Depot and they gave me Ergeon-I spoke to Julio and received the estimate. I was waiting for the insurance check and decided to use my Home depot charge--no problem so far. The came in trying to contact the company to get my installation date. I called their number and received a message saying the person handling my acct was not available--they are never available-i was given excuses as they were off, they were on maternity leave, then they were off again and the person handling her stuff was on lunch break. I was told that I would receive a call back from them 3 times and still have not received a call back from anyone. All needed to know was the installation date and every customer svc person I spoke too I got the same run around and no call back.

They got it done quickly and efficiently despite some bad information on panel size. Took a minute to get all the material on site but once it arrived, they knocked it out. The finished product looks amazing. I would use them again.

Katherine is "on point". She is very responsive and always got right back to me with any questions or inquiries. (I'm slower than her!) She's a great communicator and always sounds like she really wants to help you. We weren't all that easy to deal with, as we got quotes for a fence replacement, but ended up with a repair, due to a medical situation that came up late in our process. Even at that, she was very responsive, and got us all set for the upcoming "repair' that will give us a few years and then we will call Ergeon and hope she answers the phone! She's a "keeper".
