Ergeon made our project seamlessly easy! Their project management process (automated and personal) is the most amazingly efficient and extremely well run we have ever experienced. Their use of technology elevates efficiency while at the same time providing personalized customer care. And, I cannot say enough about the people who helped us. Londy was incredible. She gathered and provided the information to us with which we were able to define our project and make decisions. Once we had the project defined, Osmar became the point person for project installation management and follow up. Both of them were very caring, had exceptional follow up skills, were professional in every way and very personable. Not once over the project period, did we ever feel that no one cared or that we could not get questions answered. They both were with us every step of the way. We could not be more pleased with the results!

Ergeon was a pleasure to do business with. They came to access the falling down wooden fence, and we had a digital phone call a day later where I could see an aerial view of my yard. It measure the length of the fence being replaced, and confirmed my property boundaries. They were able to give me an accurate estimate. They contacted the city to flag where the utilities were buried. Today they showed up, tore down the old fence and constructed a new fence in less than a full day. I am impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their materials and workmanship of the fence. There was a deposit up front, which for my project was $150. I paid the full amount after the work was completed and passed my inspection. Their price was reasonable, and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

Great experience, great fence!

This team was absolutely amazing. During the initial meeting via Video Chat, I explained what I was wanting and the team member walked me thru the quoting process. Later that evening, I received a text stating how nice it was chatting with me and how they sent me an email with the official quote. They texted, called and emailed every step of the way thru the entire process. The whole team from the salesperson to the installing crew were polite, professional and overall amazing. I would highly recommend them to everyone we know.

Ergeon Fence Service delivered to my satisfaction. They were very reasonable price. The put up a Wooden fence, board on board and they completed it in 2 days. My backyard looks totally different. They advised me to build the wooden fence in front of my existing chain-link fence for better coverage from the creek vegetation.

They did an excellent, quality job on fence. They were very professional and accommodating to any additional requests.
