I am just beginning the service, but Ralph has been extremely responsive, had great customer service and has worked with me and the 3 neighbors I am splitting the fence with diligently in the quote process! Got 3 quotes and by far Ralph was most responsive and really ensured we were getting what we wanted.

Terribly disappointed in follow through of this company. Made appointment took two weeks to schedule, just needed pics for an estimate. They did not take any pics because no one was home. Inside person knew there were renters, gates were left opened. Because he could not talk to them he left without taking any pics! Straight forward replacement front and back fence. Now another 2 weeks before they can come back! We are in the construction business ourselves, our employees are trained to find solutions for these kind of simple things. This one was a no Brainer! Simply take the pics! I am so disappointed. I will not use this app again

Expected a 1 inch concrete layer with wire mesh, only got a quick spackle job maybe a 1/4 inch thick. At least 3 times more expensive than it should have been. Feel ripped off.

I am 89 years old and was concerned about undertaking a driveway and walkway concrete replacement with paver stones with the covid-19 situation on going. Ergeon's crew and support team demonstrated their professionalism and I was totally confident the job would be completed on time with minimum concern on my part.

Prompt responses to my phone calls, emails, and text messages. Friendly and helpful customer service. Paperwork was easily completed online.Pulled the permits, validated with PG&E for Gas Lines. The work crew was on time and finished the job early. Their work was top rate. The Crew Cleaned up daily prior to leaving the site,
