I would not hire this company again if it was the last fence company in business. Totally dissatisfied with the deal, all I got was excesses after excesses. I believe this company is a scam and or not a rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The project has not started yet but, The pro I spoke with was completely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like I have no doubts about how this project will go.

Islas fencing was outstanding and professional. Their team explained and completed the install in 3 hours.

Ergeon was great from start to finish. Their quote process involved using my smartphone and a link they sent, which was fun and easy to use. The company was also great with flexing to get my fence done faster than originally scheduled (from 3 weeks to within two).

I reached out to the company about a new fence. Nicole was amazing and took the time to explain everything to me. She was able to breakdown everything so I know exactly what I am being charged for and how it works. Amazing customer service!

If I could give a lower review, I would. The work was just ok. It looks nice but not the best quality. They also tried to leave part of the old fence. Then told me that I agreed for them to leave a foot and half of fence. I was also charged almost $1500 over what was quoted. First I was told it would be another $500 plus dollars. After they removed my old fence. At a point in the job I could not have them stop the job. Then when I got my final quote there was another charge. When it was all said and done I was charged around $1200 dollars in extra labor after the fact. In total I paid around $6200 dollars for 70ft of fence and 2 gates. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else. I would rather deal with a honest crook than someone who does what they did to me. Good luck I hope my post helps.

Ergeon was extremely helpful as we replaced our old deteriorating wooden fence with Vinyl. A couple of reasons I would recommend Ergeon; +Price: We received quite a few quotes for a fence project and Ergeon not only had the best price, but they included the fence removal in the quote and still were the best price! +Service: Everyone that I interacted with was very helpful in answering my MANY questions. Monserrat (sales rep) was a superstar and helped provide multiple quotes with different vinyl colors, with and without reinforced posts, etc to help find something that worked for myself and my neighbors. Miguel (fence contractor) and his team were ROCKSTARS! They not only completed the entire project ahead of schedule, but he went above and beyond to drive to San Bernardino to pick up some additional pieces that were missing in the original order. Miguel also was helpful in answering all questions that my neighbors had putting them all at ease. Paula was also very helpful and communicative and keeping me up to date with inspections, expected deliveries and initiating the installation! She was very understanding and helpful at the end of the project when there was a slight miscommunication; she helped us out and smoothed everything out for us! +Communication: Similar to my message above, everyone was very transparent throughout the project, kept us in the loop and were very accommodating to all the requests my neighbors and I had. +Final Product: The fence and gate came out great! We are very pleased with the end product!

I had my side fence done by Eregon who subcontracted the work to Stylistic Fencing, and it was of very poor quality. Many of the wood pieces that they used were damaged. Moreover, the gap between the adjacent panels for some of the pickets is unacceptable as I can see my neighbor's yard through the gaps. When I discussed this is Paula she stated the gaping between the pickets is normal. Yet I showed her two examples: one where the pickets were closer and acceptable and one where there is almost two-inch gap between them. I am yet to hear a response from Paula. Eregon and Stylistic Fencing are refusing to look into this issue, and I will be filling a case with the California State Licensing Board if they further refuse to look into the issues associated with my fence. To conclude they left trash my yard when they finished building my fence.
