Empire Plumbers sent Kevin to our residence yesterday to replace a leaking garbage disposal. Kevin arrived within the time window scheduled. He did a wonderful job for us. He is a clean worker making sure the wet under sink area was completely dry after the install. He also arrived wearing rubber booties over his work boots which was appreciated as we have wood floors. He cleaned up the work area nicely before leaving the premises. To add to all these attributes, he is a nice, very well mannered man. Thank you Empire Plumbers.

HIGHLY recommend Ruben and his team! Ruben is highly responsive and you can just tell he cares deeply about his company. As a small business owner, that means a lot because I am the same with my customers. Ruben scheduled Levi to come out next day and he replaced our old toilet with a new one and also installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Levi was courteous, efficient, and did an overall fantastic job. Best part is they are extremely reasonable. We had been using our former plumbing company for over a decade and their honesty level was slipping and they started charging a ridiculous amount just to come out and diagnose. I looked high and low and am very pleased to have found Ruben and his team who I will be using from now on!

They were VERY fair. It was a Touch Delta kitchen faucet. Couldn’t fix it, so didn’t charge me. Gave me a cost to install new one; my option to have them buy it or I could. I decided to buy myself due to Black Friday sales coming up. Great customer service too.

Truly amazing and reasonable. The company was prompt. The plumber was positive thinking, friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and truly incredible.He went on the roof and got more than one line. He also was able to devise a way to open the drain outside the sink and put it out. The drains are working better than they have in years. It seems almost miraculous that water from the dishwasher is draining again as a bonus after 4 or 5 years of thinking it was broken. There is a lot of soap scum that I have to get rid of. What a bonus! The2 sinks drain super good. The price was reasonable and they stood by it. Of course, I mentioned on Angie the likely need to go on the roof into the vents which it could have taken me a long time to find anyone for that. Everything was left clean to an amazing extent. I do not know how to thank them enough for such a wonderful job. I highly recommend Empire Plumbers and the representative was respectful to an older lady.
