They went in, cleaned the home and for some bizarre reason decided to peel the label of a 2 day old dryer with a razor blade.... Entire front damaged... Then refused to pay, then willing to pay half. We bought our client the dryer $900, now will file against their liability insurance/Bond if needed. FYI, NOW FOUND OUT NO INSURANCE OR BOND ON THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE...

Emily and her crew did an amazing job with the cleaning. Our house was spotless after the cleaning was done. I would hire her again for future services.

They should do better quality work. They did not use clorox, if they want to use eco friendly materials, they need to provide something for heavier cleaning items for things like surface mold. They should also make sure everything requested by the client is completed before leaving the property.

You requested a standard cleaning on a move out that is supposed to be a deep cleaning , I gave you a standard cleaning which does not require the things that a deep cleaning required , I cleaned everything that was supposed to be cleaned.. I have pictures ?

Emily was very responsive and willing to work with my schedule. I needed a deep clean and was very happy with how she cleaned my bathrooms and bedrooms. She even dusted the slats on my closet door. I will hire her again.

Emily was VERY accommodating as far as scheduling my post construction cleanup. I should have been the one to provide the instruction for what i wanted but left it to another. Most of the work was well done but in some areas of the bathrooms and floor mopping were not what I hoped for. Would hire again definitely but would want to be there for the ability to communicate expectations.
