Mitch was very nice and thorough. I only rated 4.5 stars b/c its our 1st home inspection and we don't have anything to compare his service to. Very knowledgeable & polite. Highly recommend!

True professionalism... This was my first inspection ever and I don't think I need a comparison to write this review. Thorough, Honest, and very knowledgeable, FM for professionalism. Answered all my questions and concerns, not only that, even brought up what might happen in the future. Took his time to inspect the house as if it is his and never rushed even it was raining outside. Report was about 60 pages long and more than enough pictures to bring attention. Even a little thing he mentioned in the report. Got the report as he promised, and never had a problem communicating. Pricing is very reasonable, honestly, I have to say he should charge more for this kind of report. Excellent, Excellent, and Excellent... I will hire again if this deal doesn't go through. Thank you!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
