Mitch from Ellison Inspection did a great job with our home inspection of a 1915 house in Montclair. He provided a thorough evaluation of all home systems, and also tested for radon and termites. He provided a helpful report with photos that emphasized areas of immediate concern, and less urgent issues that we might want to address down the road. Mitch is very friendly and pleasant. He also followed up to see if we had questions, recommended contractors, and consulted about further inspection matters. The price was more than reasonable for the quality of service. You can hire him with confidence!

This company is more then a grate company starting from start to finish even post inspection extra ordinary service. Compativr price and easy to work even on weekends. Mitchel is a real person who loves his jobs and go over and beyond. He is very honest to his job. He gives an opportunity to walk you through all the inspection process. Explain you about each and every step. Even after the inspection and report was fine. He helped me to get a separate insect report without any extra charge. I give him 7 stars and would humbly recommend him and in future he will be my official home inspector.

Mitch had some scheduling issues, but he came through. He was very thorough and patient, explaining his process and his findings carefully. His report was well-presented and incredibly helpful, including photos and detailed summaries. I would absolutely work with Mitch again.

As a first time home buyer my wife and I had a lot of (amateur) questions and Mitch at Ellison was not only patient but very knowledgeable. After moving in to our new home and hiring professionals we realized everything Mitch provided on the inspection report was accurate. It was extremely helpful knowing what we were looking at with repairs and maintenance when closing on the home. We would definitely hire Ellison Home inspection Svc again.

My experience with this company deserves a solid 5 stars across the board. Our inspector was very knowledgeable and detail oriented, which I appreciate since the home that was expected was built around the 1900s. The inspector was very thorough and patient. We had many questions and he answered every single question in a way we can understand. I highly recommend this company to make sure that you are getting the best value for one of the biggest purchases of your life!
