He agreed to return whenever it snows. No need to call. I am very satisfied with this arrangement. I can no longer get rid of the snow and ice myself. The driveway is a bit long and has a slight incline which can get icy if not salted. It is comforting to know that this job will be taken care of in the future. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well.
