The PM who I dealt with, Chris Stegall, was top notch from first site inspection to final completion. The pricing offered was very competitive, but his follow up was highly impressive throughout. Frequent during the two weeks it took me to decide who to use but not pushy in any way. Also the crew performance was exactly as he explained it would be and the finished product is outstanding. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a hassle free roof replacement!

Was not told until afterward that it would be an additional $2000 for the replacement of the current gutter guard. Section under overhang not covered and was told it was not their problem lousy communication project manager did nothing after I signed contract unless I called him. No one on the crew spoke English.

Unfortunately, the gutter guards were not included in your original estimate. Those are an additional cost and would have had to have been quoted separately. Thank you for pointing on things we need to work on.

They called me back within an hour, Matt came out did the inspection, Matt worked with my insurance company. I didn't have to do much! Very professional! The crew that came out and was a great crew, they worked hard to finish up the job before the rain came. and cleaned up after, This is a great company to work with. Everyone in the office were very easy to work with also! Would recommend them very highly!
