The service man was very knowlegable and friendly and the price was very fair

Elite did a minor repair for me on a Saturday. My fridge stopped working a day or two after. I gave them a call early in the morning and they were willing to send a guy out that day. Luckily their technician was able to fix my appliance in a short time and with no service charge. I appreciate their honesty. Thank you Elite!!

Tech that arrived was very knowledgeable. Appointments were readily available and flexible. Much cheaper then the initial service I called(Sears). Only negative is the part was not in stock. So my refrigerator is still out of service another 3-5 business days.

First tech got held up til the next day and then again. But they sent a replacement tech. He was fast and efficient but could have used a heads up when the first guy was super late.

Great company and fast service. A little pricey but cheaper than a new appliance.

The repair on my refrigerator was done very quick and efficient, I have no problem with the quality of service but I do have a problem with sitting all day waiting for them to come and them not showing up until the next day. Seems they told me one day and they put down another day in their schedule.

They didn't call to me about when they could come to my house, but except this, they were good.

I thought their prices were a little high. All else good.
