The repair was completed after 4 weeks of waiting for a part to get in. The issue here was the lack of communication. I had to call in to the office to get updates myself and when the part finally came in, I was the one who had to call to get the final work scheduled. Not a good impression of professionalism. Won't use them again.

My appointment was for 1:00. When I called at 2:00 I was told he was on his way. No one showed up until 4:00. Then the technician asked me to find a pin to fix the problem. If dirty conduits are a problem, they should carry pins with them. Lastly, all he did was use my pin to clean out the conduit, and charged $106.00.

We at Elite Service consistently pride ourselves in providing superior service. We have an overall quality rating of 4.64 stars for QUALITY that speaks for itself. We provided Dianne W. with a 1-4 pm time slot and showed up within that time period. The phone number supplied by the customer only goes to voicemail and she never answered the phone when we called. We completely disassembled the gas burner to unclog it. We discounted the services by $29.00 at the time of the billing to make Dianne W. happy. The bottom line is that we repaired the problem with the burner on time at a discounted price.

Our clothes dryer needed the heating coil replaced, and Elite was able to make an appointment the very day I first contacted them. Andrew identified the issue quickly and came back to do the repair at our earliest possible availability. We would certainly use this company again.
