I hired Elite Epoxy because I was having moisture coming thru the concrete, Mark came out and did the work, 2 months later moisture was coming up thru the concrete, I called Mark 3 weeks ago because I have a 3 year warranty and I have never heard from him, I have called at least 10 times and return calls
Response from Company:
This costumer was told she had a serious moisture problem and that we could put a moisture mitigation system on her floor to try and stop it the moisture from coming through but we would not put a metallic epoxy flooring system on it because we cannot guarantee the floor because the moisture was so bad. There was never a guarantee on this floor. We refunded her money anyway. - Mark Elite Epoxy.
