"I contacted Kivo and he came out the same day and gave me an estimate to remove a wood sidewalk and replace with pavers. We agreed to a day to start and a price of 1700 dollars. He showed up with two of his employees on the agreed time. His men started at 730 and completed the work at 1200. They were professional in every sense of the word. The sidewalk is beautiful and well worth the money. I highly recommend him."

"Hurricane Milton knocked down our old wooden fence, we were given SGMA's name by a friend to get a quote. We did not get any other quotes as we trusted his experience.. Caitlin came out and was very thorough in giving us an estimate. I know the Company was very busy repairing after the hurricane, signed the contract 10/18/24, and told Caitlin that I would be happy if they installed before Thanksgiving so it would look nice when guests came. Tuesday, the 26th of Nov, Luis and his crew arrived at 9am, did 1/2 the installation, and finished the next day. They removed the old fence and cleaned up perfectly, and. hauled it away. We were very happy with the size of the PVC Vinyl fencing, happy with the workers. Caitlin came out before they finished to inspect, we were impressed with her knowledge and her professionalism. "After renovating our pool and patio area with new pavers, we needed landscaping done that would hide our wooden fence and compliment our new renovation. Central Services West provided what we were looking for. Designer, Caitlin, suggested planting low palms along the fence, removing the "grassy" area that remained after the renovation of the patio area and then covering that area and dressing the plantings with stones. Foreman, Taylor, and his crew did an outstanding job of completing the project in one day. Both Caitlin and Taylor were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
