EES made a home visit to actually see what the duct cleaning would be. Got an upfront estimate covering all ducts, and a video showing how the ducts would be cleaned, before/after. Very helpful in our decision. Other company provided an estimate by email, never requested to visit our home to see what the cleaning would entail. Price was 1/2, but very misleading, as we didn't know what they would do, they wanted a commitment next day w/o ever talking with us, except what the email said. We prefer upfront face-to-face estimates, and to answer any of our questions what EES did.

After moving in to my new house I discovered that the previous owner had a dog that caked the ducts with dog hair. EES came out and did an extremely professional and thorough job on my two systems. Before and after duct photo/video were amazing. Duct interior look brand new. Highly recommended!

Although pricey I felt that the work accomplished was really worth the price. They were very competent and did a bang up job. I was blown away by the amount of stuff ,trash, stuffed animal, pieces of wood, change, jewelry and a tremendous amount of fluffy dust containing ,I"m sure, unhealthy mold, mildew and mites! I feel like I should have paid attention to this hazard a long time ago and will call them again in the future to maintain this cleaning when due. By the way, they use a special coating to cover the ductwork that retards and stops mold and mildew from recurring! Thanks!
