Elite Environmental Services did an excellent job and I'm pleased with the overall experience of cleaning my vents and my crawl space encapsulated. I liked how Justin explained his findings and exactly what and how they would be doing the job. I was provided a before and after video and pictures. I have very bad allergies so I opted to do the special coating that retards and stops mold and mildew from recurring. Justin was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and I felt the price was reasonable. Great communication from keeping me updated or reaching back out if I had a question. I'm confident I will receive the same treatment even now after the work is complete if I contact him. I was also pleased with his crew whether working along side Justin or independently they were polite, courteous and cleaned up after doing a great job. I will be contacting Elite Environmental Services for my future maintenance air duct cleaning and I highly recommend them.

We are normally hesitant about having strangers in our home, but Justin made us feel very comfortable. He explains exactly what he is doing and the video evidence he makes is very helpful. On top of that we got to talk football as well which is always a bonus. I recommend him and his company.

Justin is the owner of this company. Before staring, during and at the end of the project he explained exactly what he was doing, his findings and the best way to manage the issues. Justin is very knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable. I plan on using his services again in the fall for other projects.
