The price was right (I had other estimates to compare). The company was local. They were accommodating (I asked for an earlier start time, and they were able to schedule it. The movers were on time and were quick, efficient, and professional. This was a first time removal of furniture from my home (a sleeper sofa from the basement). I would use them again and refer the company to friends and neighbors as needed.

They were always reachable by phone, gave a free estimate over the phone that was amazingly lower than the one I had from another popular company. Two friendly, helpful men came out the next day, on time, and hauled away a huge, heavy, old TV that had to be taken down a flight of stairs. Did it all super carefully with no problems.

From beginning to end, one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. BEFORE PROJECT I was able to get contact with company immediately before the work was even done. Andrea gave me a range as to how much they thought my project would cost, which was $275 for half the VERY LARGE truck they had. She provided an estimate of arrival time and notified me about what to expect for the following appointment day. DAY OF PROJECT Arrived a few minutes late, but Wayne, the lead of the two man team was so professional. He gave me an estimate on how long he thought the work would take (45-60 mins) and they finished in 30 mins. Wow. They were focused, fast and empathetic to my concerns and my personal reasons for why I was conducting the haul. Because my junk was less than they estimated, they charged me less at $200. Amazing and honest. AFTER PROJECT They took my credit card over the phone and Andrea was fantastic in handling feedback, sending my invoice and making sure I was comfortable and pleased with the service. You cannot go wrong with this company. Trust me, book them and don’t hesitate. They will check all of your boxes.
