They gave an estimate right away, and scheduled the work promptly. They expertly removed a baby grand piano with expertise and complete regard for not damaging the interior or exterior of my home. The entire crew was professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

Sarah Mawhorr (owner) quickly got back to me with how their pricing works. It was very simple and straight forward. Her pricing was quite a bit lower than other quotes. Duke and Berry arriver on time and were very efficient and polite. I've never seen anyone pack a truck as tight as they did. They never stopped moving. I had so much stuff that it required a second pickup; which they did the same day. I asked how Sarah was as a boss. Duke and Berry said she was a blessing . To me that says a lot when a business takes care of their employees. Defiantly I would recommend Elite Command Junk Hauling and will use them again.

Prompt and courtious. On-line contact were responded to quickly. The pick-up Team called prior to arrival. The two gentlemen were real Pros. Will use them again in the future.

I will never haul junk myself again. I have already referred a friend, told him for this cost he is nuts to try to do clean up himself. Took all junk, my metals, and donations, saving myself trips to recyclers and charities. Pleasant, professional, good communications, and great service.

Duke and Barry were very pleasant guys who checked in with me when unsure what to remove and did a very thorough job. Sarah the owner, clearly communicated with me and sent me a text to alert me movers were 30 minutes away. After waste removal completed Sarah called me and said she had just spoken with movers about paint left behind. She said there was a miscommunication and that she could remove the paint herself and showed up 30 minutes later. Imagine an owner going above and beyond to provide superior service and customer satisfaction. This is why I gave Sarah and her company 5 stars.
